Help stretch out your body.

Hi Everyone,
I have added a class to the summer session at Ray Friel.
Wednesday 6:30 pm July 9th through to August 13th.
If you are going on holiday, I don’t mind if you drop in to Tuesday night or Thursday night’s class.

Spring Classes!

There is still room for you to join me for a relaxing and gentle yoga class.
Be prepared to fall asleep when you get home. Wear your jammies if you like.
Classes start the week of the 19th at Ray Friel in the Serenity Room upstairs.
Tuesday is 7-8pm.
Wednesday is 6:30-7:30pm.
Thursday is 6:30-7:30pm and 7:30-8:30pm.
