It is a breath created by inhaling through the nostrils and exhaling making a ha sound with your mouth closed.

Spring Classes!

There is still room for you to join me for a relaxing and gentle yoga class.
Be prepared to fall asleep when you get home. Wear your jammies if you like.
Classes start the week of the 19th at Ray Friel in the Serenity Room upstairs.
Tuesday is 7-8pm.
Wednesday is 6:30-7:30pm.
Thursday is 6:30-7:30pm and 7:30-8:30pm.

You can register on line for my spring and summer sessions at Ray Friel.
I am teaching starting the week of the 20th of May thru to the 23rd week of June.
My next session will then begin the middle of July, to the middle of August.
