So you didn’t practice over the holidays…

And because you didn’t practice over December, you are feeling guilty and that all your hard work has gone out the door??? Don’t be hard on yourself and don’t stop continuing with yoga.
Once you get back into it, you will get your flexibility back in a short period of time.
